Specialist Recruitment

A targeted search for experienced technical, commercial or operational professionals at mid to senior level. I work to a detailed brief and present only candidates who meet your requirements — not a volume shortlist designed to justify a fee.

Best suited for: Engineering, R&D, sales, business development, operations and programme management roles from team lead to head of function.

Retained Search

For organisations with a genuine commitment to finding the right person, regardless of timescale. A retained engagement gives the search my full and exclusive focus. It's the right choice for hard-to-fill roles, confidential replacements, or any hire where getting it right matters more than getting it done quickly.

Typical terms: A retained fee structure split across briefing, shortlist, and placement stages.

Contingent Recruitment

For businesses who want to test the market before committing to a retained arrangement. No upfront fee — payment is made only on a successful placement. I take the same quality-led approach regardless of the model.

Best suited for: Roles where market availability is less certain, or where a client wants to move quickly before committing to a retained structure.
