Will you send my CV out without asking?

Never. I will always speak with you before making any introduction and I will always tell you who I’m introducing you to.

How long does the process typically take?

It varies by role and sector. Some searches move quickly — a matter of weeks. Others at senior level can take two to three months. I’ll be straight with you about realistic timescales.

Do you only recruit permanently?

My focus is permanent, mid to senior level roles. I occasionally handle interim and contract requirements for specific clients — it’s worth registering regardless.

How do you find roles that aren't advertised?

Through long-standing relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across these sectors. Many of my clients come to me before they’ve decided to advertise a role publicly.
